Shahin has over 10 years residential development experience completing a number of bespoke developments in various parts of Sydney Metro. He is responsible for site visits with clients whether it be single dwelling purchases or development sites. Shahin works with clients on feasibility breakdowns and discussing risks and advantages associated with any proposed purchase.

Design Consultant and Project Manager
Angie works with customers on determining the construction brief and in turn building contracts. She works with builders on the tender process and also does the site visits when construction has commenced.
Angie has over 5 years experience working with Builders, Tradies, Council and Professional Service Consultants (Hydraulic Engineers, Architects, etc).
