The first step is to design a brief based on your requirements – our role is to make this has detailed as possible so if you are unsure of all of the requirements we will ask questions and raise points to help determine the brief.

The next step is to narrow down the properties and inspect these properties together with customers. This is a key step as it helps discuss specific points about each property and often helps tailor the brief accordingly.

The Property Purchase services are limited to finding properties in Sydney Metro and surrounding areas including but not limited to Wollongong, Newcastle, Central Coast and Southern Highlands.

Our strategy is to have a partnership with our clients in that a) ascertain as much information on requirements, risk profile, Feng Shui, location and floor plans b) purchasing below market value and/or properties with considerable upside potential and if required c) educating clients on what things to consider when looking at purchasing a property. For example, blocks falling away from the street vs towards the street and future drainage and construction considerations, properties in the north shore located in the West side of Pacific Highway versus the East side, wide frontage properties versus narrow properties (wide fronted properties are more valuable), etc.
