Finding a Property:

Our pricing including GST is based on 4 tiers being:

  • $4,400 properties up to $800,000
  • $6,950 properties up to $1,200,000
  • $8,950 properties beween $1,200,000 and $2,200,000
  • $12,950 properties over $2,200,000 (including Development Sites)

Design and Construction Consultancy:

Pricing for consultancy and construction project will be dependent on the size of project or development.

Please request a quote and we will work on providing a custom fee structure based on the project requirements.

As a guide the design and project management fees for a Luxury House build is $12,950 (inc GST).
